Initiated by Sam Zanardo and Merel Severs, Fight Club brings together a collective of queer and trans artists, activists, theorists and martial arts practitioners. A temporary dojo becomes a space for training, exchange, research and collective practice.
A performance about exhaustion, doubt and the desire to move at another pace. Through movement, text, music, physical exercises and rituals, two bodies search for a different way of being together.

Het bevorderen en produceren van projecten op het gebied van podiumkunsten en andere aan podiumkunst verwante disciplines, zoals beeldende kunst en film; het bevorderen en faciliteren van kunst en de ontwikkeling van kunstenaars en makers, alsmede al hetgeen met het vorenstaande verband houdt of daartoe bevorderlijk kan zijn.
Het beleidsplan van Stichting Severs beschrijft de artistieke, organisatorische en financiële doelstellingen van de stichting en de manier waarop deze worden gerealiseerd.

Voor medewerkers en uitvoerende makers hanteert Stichting Severs de uitgangspunten van de Fair Practice Code en worden werkzaamheden passend en volgens de geldende richtlijnen vergoed.
Stichting Severs ontwikkelt, produceert en presenteert artistieke projecten op het gebied van podiumkunst en aan podiumkunst verwante disciplines.
In de periode 2026–2028 behoren onder andere Fight Club en slow and steady wins the race tot de activiteiten van de stichting.
